in which midum to study English or Mother language

hello Friends
i need ur help for my kid (very Lovely)
his name is Harshil
now he is only 3 years
i have a confusion about in which midum (language) i put him for study. here i have two options
1. English Midum
2. Mother Language. (Gujarati)
pl. give me ur idea for that

u put any medium
but mehnat to aap ko hi karni padegi
aap agar gujarati medium me rakho ge to bhi or English mediuum me rkho go tobhi
bettar ki gujrati medium me study karvo

Actually it is my problem too. My son is 3 years old already and he doesn't speak well yet. Someone told me it is because he is confused on what to learn. She told me that I should teach him one language first but can't follow it because even we talk to him in native language, he still hear english words. So I decided to teach him both languages.
