Home or Work?

I will buy a house ,it is also a business. The price of the house are gettng up and up in our country, so I think you can't lose your capital to buy a house. I don't think I have the ability to run a business. I am a lazy girl. I like simple life. I am not unhappy if I have no lots of money. My brother and I are going to be married this year, so a house is more important than a business now. There are many mistakes in the last paragraphs, please corret them , thank you. English is not my native language.

I'd buy the house. Why? I'm a home body. I'd rather be at home than at work! LOL who wouldnt? When you own a business you are there all the time and you have no life. Not for me!

I think I would purchase a house as I believe times are getting bad and only going to get worse. A business could go bankrupt qickly but if you have a roof over your head, you will be able to survive. Also, you could rent the house out and have a guaranteed monthly income.

I would love to purchase another home. Don't get me wrong,t here are things I love about this place, but it is the ancetral home, it is old, and it is always needing major renovation that is so slow in happening. Sometimes I would like to throw in the towel and start off with a nice, fresh, efficiently built new house. A girl can dream!

I would choose a business because that's an opportunity to make money, and have a steady income.

I would buy a house. With the current situation of having two kids and a husband, I know that it would be even better for us to have a house vs. staying in the aprtment that we stay in.

I run a business now, so would choose a house. The house would have more shelves in the kitchen and no electrical plugs next to the floor. It would have a large walk in closet to store all of my shoes.

I would definitely purchase a house. I think running a business is a risky venture, and in the long run if your business isn't successful you could end up with nothing. A home is a long term investment that you'll always have, and that will probably appreciate in value over the years.

I would buy a house. i am very tired of living in apartments, and I want a yard for my kids & dog to play in. I want to be able to paint the walls something other than white. I want privacy. I want to have a barbeque in my backyard. I am happy at my job and although a business would be nice, a home is always where the heart is. I want someplace to hang my heart !!!

Since I already own my home, and I have always wanted my own flower shop...I would jump on the chance to open a floral business!

I would rather choose to buy a house than starting business which involve risks especially if you dont have much experience in running one.
