Were you close to your sister growing up?

I sure was. We did almost everything together. We were 3.5 years apart so we pretty much hung out with the same friends and did the same things.
Do you still live close to your sister? I do not. We live 6 hours away, her in Socal and I in NorCal.

We were two years apart and we used to fight all the time. It was real bad when we both had to go to the same highschool, we look like twins so it used to annoy me when someone would call me her name. But we grew up and both became mothers at the same time, so we always call each other for advice. She lives on the west coast, I live in the South so we don't get to see each other that often. We have fun watching our kids play together, she has a boy 1 1/2 years older than my son so they enjoy the same things. But sometimes they fight like my sister and I did, so we think it's kind of funny, the circle of life continues!

That sounds nice mememama. How often do you see each other?
I try to see my sister and her family, along with the rest of my family in SoCal at least 2-3 times a year.
When my sister and I were still living at home, after we would come home from work at night, like after 10PM, we would meet each other on our prospective beds and just chat, chat, chat about our days. Those were special moments we can never have back, but it is very good memory I hold in my heart and I know she holds those memories in her heart as well.

I have been close to my sister ever since were born and am stil close to her. She is my blood sister and i love her and would not want someone to take advantage of her and hurt her feelings - not even my mother. She is good to me and am good to her too even though I senior her for 3.5 years.

How i wish me and my sister are close to one another. When i was young, i keep praying to have a younger sister to play with since i was the only girl in the family. But things didn't work out with my sister. She has different interests with me. She's boyish. But i do love her so much inspite of our differences. I know she does too.
