Need Russian Grade spring steel wire

We require Spring Steel Wire dia 14mm to the following specifications [Chemical composition] Carbon : 0.61-0.69, Manganese : 0.70-1.00, Silicon : 1.50-2.00, Phosphorous : 0.025 max, Sulphur 0.025 max, Chromium : 0.30 max, Nickel : 0.25 max, Tungsten : 0.80-1.00, Iron : Remainder. The above material is actually equivalent to a Russian Standard viz. GOST 14959 Grade 65S2VA. I need a minimal quantity for manufacturing a shock resistant spring.
