Should the Indian Players Sign the new contracts??

I feel cricket board should listen to concerns of players regarding contracts so that players earn what they deserve. And so that contracts can be finalised regarding endorsement cap, retainer fees, match fees for seniors and junior and so on. I feel contracts should be finalised at the earliest so that players and board and indian public is happy as it is players who play the game so they need to be taken into cinfidence too and shouldn't worried about earning and concentrate on doing well for the country.
