find a way to stop at that coke addiction fast. that is a very bad thing to have. i had a freind in high school who had to undergo an operation because her bile could no longer cope with her intake of this coke thing. her bile gave up on her. if the parents were a little late to bring her to the hospital right away, it could have cost her her life.
i was addicted to coke before, too. what i did was take a warm drink everytime i feel my throat parched and dried up. good luck in this. may you be able to put that addiction to a stop very soon. i used mild to counter my cravings for coke then. just innovate. hot chocolate drinks will do good, too.

i am very sorry for the error, that second to the last sentence should have read: i used milk to counter my cravings for coke then.

Yes, anything with caffine can become addictive if abused too much. I had the same problem with Dr Pepper for several years, I would start my morning by drinking one and then consume 6-8 thoughout the day. I started drinking iced tea at lunch and thoughout the day and found myself with a headache in the evenings, so I had to SLOWLY ween myself from the Dr Pepper. I still drink the stuff, but not near as often, ( maybe 3-5 times a week )and still find if I drink 2 or more in a day,( of any soda with caffine) the next day if I have none, I will feel a lil pressure in my head.
