Do you thank God for another day?

Well if I am really honest I actually wonder what Problem is coming why that Day as this is the Stage I have got to but yes in the same Breath I do thank that I have woken up another Morning I can spend another Day with my Friends and make sure my Kids are ok

yeah i do.. everytime i pray, i never miss out thanking him for another day He has given for me to live longer and enjoy His crafts..

I always pray before sleeping but I will tell you honestly that I don't get to hear mass every Sunday anymore! Sad but true! But I always take advantage every time I pray I thank Him for everything that He has given me and not only to me but also to my family and friends. I say sorry for the errors that I did for the day and try to lessen those so I won't disappoint Him. Praying is the easiest way to communicate to God in this, we don't feel all alone at all.

Yeah, me every time waking up in the morning I'm always wishper my little prayer thanking God for another day I woke up healthy and alive and hoping at the end of the day it will desame too and nothing happens very sad for the whole day.

Yes, I think I do. Everyday I thank God numerous times for nearly everything, when I get up, when I go to bed, when I have meals, Whatever I do, I pray for His blessing and help, and thank Him for His help and love and ask for more strength to follow Him.

erm.. i seldom thank god for another day.. but i do thank god for giving me my meals.. and giving me everything that i have today.. i think god treated me well.. atleast i don't have to suffer as refugees of wars.. i can feel the pain of being the victim of war.. they have no food.. not even a proper place to stay.. and crimes are everywhere.. they just don't get peace.. i think they are praying everyday that god will help them.. or maybe.. they don't believe the power of god anymore.. they know it best... and i know .. life is really short.. so.. do appreciate every moments god given to you =)

Hi Cheenlly, well upon waking up the last couple of morning I think about if I am going to not be sick again today as I have been sick the last couple of days but I think to our Lord, and know that he will make me better again very soon.

I give thanks to God not only after waking up in the morning but also before going to sleep. I thanked Him for helping and guiding me to endure another day of my life. For always being there whenever I need Him, in resolving my problem, and provision of all my needs. In the morning, I thanked Him for allowing me to have life for another day and for a peaceful rest that He had given me. We should always give thanks to Him all throughout our life.

Actually, I thank God both at the beginning of the day and also at the end of the day. I thank Him at the beginning for blessing me with life and the chance to live another day. At the end of the day, I thank Him for getting me through any difficulties I went through, and getting me through life in general.

I do thank God for the another day because God is very deserving to be praise and give thank.I do thank God for giving me a new life,good health,good family and friends,for the blessing and for my lovelife.

We are admonished by bible preachings of Paul in 1 Thessalonians 1: 2-5 that we should give thanks to God ALWAYS... How often are we to give thanks to God? For many believers, giving thanks to God is a once a week, Sunday morning activity. But Paul says we are to give God thanks "always. " Our thanksgiving is not to be sporadic. It cannot be "on" and "off." It is to be a constant appreciation expressed to God. It is only through communicating with God that we can express our sincerest appreciation and thanks of His kindness, love and care, of His protection amidst the trials we face and the happiness we share with others. Thanking Him as we sleep and be able to wake up the following day is a way of acknowledging Him and giving glory to Him for He has given us one more day to live for Him.

yes of course... every morning i wake up i say a little prayer of thanking god for a new or another day.. asking for guidance and protection for the whole day...having another day is a blessing from god it means we're still alive....

i am at this point in my life that every single morning i wake up feeling sad and mad,,i even hit my bed when i open my eyes!!! Im really tired from the kind of life i have at the moment. I would like to scream "im sorry" to GOD about this. Its like i have this feeling of been lost,empty and unsatisfied. At least i havent lost hope yet,,because of people like you,that gives me a second of relife in my life.

I thank God at night before I go to bed but you are right. I should thank Him every morning for the day ahead. There is so much in my life I have to be thankful for.

I always thank God every night before I go to bed for the good day I have had. I beleive in giving thanks to God.

I do thank him, every night when I pray I thank him for everything I have and how wonderful he is to me and my mother is getting older so I also thank him for every new day that I have her here with me. In the mornings I thank him for allowing me to see another day.

yes i do say a prayer of thank you for the new day to the lord and at the end of the day i say thank you again for the beautiful and safe day that past our way. thats all we can give back to our god by thanking him in our prayers.
