I used to have asthma because i was allergic to any pollens. It is also the reason why i was never allowed to used loose powders.
Do you have asthma? If yes, what triggers the attack of your asthma and how often. If no, would you like to experience having asthma?

I have asthma that is induced because of the fact that I smoke . It only affects me when I get a cold and then I can't get rid of the cough that I have with it and this makes it hard for me to breathe meaning I have to use my puffer . Although I realize why I am taking the puffer and why I have the asthma , it does not make it any easier for me to be able to quit .

I see. I used to smoke either but i got attakced by asthma due to smoking so i really have to quit cause it somehow affects me. I get disturbed while having class and i can't sleep comfortably at night.
Why don't you try to stop smoking for a while. You might realize that it's worth it to quit.

My wife has asthma and no I would not want to experience it. She is doing better with it by going to the gym 3 times a week. If she gets upset or into a coughing fit, will trigger her asthma.
