The News! Would you watch the News if it was all about good stories?

Hello, I am wondering if anyone would watch the news if it was all good news. Instead of shootings at colleges, tornadoes, plane crashes, shootings, burglaries, etc., would you watch the news if it was about only good and positive things?

I watch the news 24/7. If i am not watching a specific show i like or a movie, i have the news on at all times. I don't really care if it is good or bad news, i just watch it to see what is going on. I would watch the news if it was only positive, or if it was only negative.

I watch the news to be aware of what's happening around me and all over the world.If they stick to only sweet news and ignore the serious issues and concerns ,I might change my source of news.The news source should be a messenger that showcases what is happening for real and not try to sugarcoat it.

Agree with funny52f. Peoples like tragedies and drama and suspense... if it is just about good things then peoples wll loose interest. It does not mean that we want them to happen... it just the curiosity of human.
