i got 31 cent, is this normal?

a have read one discussion here, he said he got 46 cent by 30 posts. but, i only get 31 cent for 40 posts.
what i was the worst here?!
before join here, my referr says i will get US$ 1 by 30-40 post. i get disapointed for a moment for this.
i think its hard to get 10 dollars early.

There is no set payout per post. Payments are made depending on your discussion, the quality and length of the post. These all determine the payment.

I think the amount we get for our responses is not fixed and depends on the length of the responses and also the rating we get by the other members for our replies.I also sometimes get 1 cent for a reply and sometimes I get 2 cents for responses, so it is varies with the responses we give.
