Recently I moved back to my parents to help take care of my dad who had triple bypass surgery and has diabetes. I am a chocolate lover to no end but am having to learn how to get my fix and not kill my dad with sugar. It also helps that my mom loves chocolate too. I am looking for recipes or if anyone knows where to get sugar free chocolate or even suggestions on how to be creative with chocolate.
