Is China better than India in software/Internet???????????????

Asserting that was a better destination than Israel, Ireland, & China in business process outsourcing, India Finance Minister P.Chidambaram Said " What do they (US) outsources? They outsources Low end job, Call center, Help center etc... What do they Insources? They insources orders for capital goods, for technoly, for design, for brands, for treadmarks, for intellactual property.." As it India always enjoy a huge advantage in terms of English language,in terms of software,advantage in Mathematics,advantage in design..Anyway I dont see India & China competiting as rivals, i think there is enough room in this world for both China & INdia..... Thank you............
