we find honest people everywhere...lets see some frank people of other kind.
if in a shopping place, they forget to bill you ...would you honestly remind them your bill and pay it or would you quietly leave the shop and say to yourself "i didn't do any wrong, that's their fault to forget" .
plz answer frankly.

I would.
I was at a beauty supply store a month ago and had bought 2 packages of body spray, a pack of gum and some shampoo. The cashier scanned the gum and the shampoo but was caught up on the phone with a customer, so she forgot to scan the 2 body spray gift sets. I pulled them out of the bag after she rang up the purchases, and she gave me a thankful smile and scanned them, giving me a 50% discount on the one for my honesty.
I wouldn't have had it any other way.

I'm no thief so I would remind them nicely and pay. I would feel horrible walking out of a store knowing I had an unpaid item. Sure it may be interesting but, the ones who are charging you are doing their job and cannot afford to lose money because the forgot to bill you.

i will honestly go n pay the bill but if i somehow forgets to pay the bill then i would come back to the shop n will pay it but, there is no question of forgetting to pay the bills in the place where i m staying. if i try to go out of a shop without paying the bill then the detectors will start to beep n i will get caught.

Their fault they forget, the hell. I shop at major places like Mediamarkt and such anyways, they make millions a day globally. Will they truly notice the 10 Eur I didn't pay because they forgot? Hell, most likely security thing will notice something like that early than I notice it myself anyways.
