When you walk into a dark room, do you immediately go for the light switch??

I immediately go for the light switch and sometimes I start feeling around the walls, until I'm panicking because I can't find a light switch.

I do that as well. I hate to be in a dark room, especially before my eyes have adjusted to the darkness. For some reason, that is the time when my imagination runs rampant! I envision all kinds of creepy things in the dark, reaching for my fingers searching the wall. The worst is when I've left the fan on with the light off. Then I have to walk to the center of the room and find the pull-cord

Normally if I am walking through a dark room it is because everyone else is asleep. I don't like to turn on any lights when there are people sleeping. If however we got home late and it is dark out I will turn on a few lights.

Not usally. I keep several night lights plugged in so that this does not occur. Plus, most of the time I have my cell phone on me. I can open it up and use the light from it to see. I'm not a big fan of the dark, but I do not turn on many light in an effort to keep the electric bill low.

No... just closing eyes for a while and can adjusted with the dark ... depends upon the situation about switching light... when it's in dangers no need to switch light .
