I do think that HYIP programs are not illegal but they are risky for sure as almost 95% of them or more are scam so why do you want to loose your good hard earned money in program like these? Better put your paypal earnings in your day to day use and try to get some earnings in your e-gold aswell and than invest these few dollars into HYIP or Autorsurf programs so there wont be much to loose and if you make something out of it than reinvest and continue earning with the programs that pay you in e-gold and in the end you might be a winner or a looser but if turned out looser you wont be that much dishearted as you never invested too much and wont lost much, if winner well perhaps you havent earned too much but still you get the valuable experience and information regarding these hyip programs to reinvest in the future.
