What are the songs that, no matter how low your are feeling, will always manage to cheer you up and make you happy. what are your top 5 feel-good songs?
Mine are:
Cyndi Lauper - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
Queen - I Want To Break Free
Scissor Sisters - Don't Feel Like Dancing
Wham - Club Tropicana
And more recently - Miko - Grace Kelly

razor - new years day
mr. brightside - the killers
kinda weird huh? well, it's a feel-good song. but it's kinda loud. but these are the songs that cheers me up when i'm pissed off or when i feel very deppressed. they carries away my anger. they're kinda upbeat too.

Hrrmmm. Some songs that make me feel happy might raise eyebrows on others...
I can't Decide - by Scissor Sisters
She Bop - Cyndi Lauper
I Touch Myself - The Divinyls (How can you stay grumpy with a song as silly as this?)
Smile - Lily Allen
Last Night - Diddy and Keyisha Cole

Hmm - I would rate "I Want to Break Free" by Queen pretty high too, - I aways find myself singing it on a Friday afternoon at work:-)) I also love their "Bicycle Race" - who can fail to smile at daft lyrics like.....
"Bicycle races are coming your way
So forget all your duties oh yeah
Fat bottomed girls they'll be riding today
So look out for those beauties oh yeah"
I also always sing long to The Police with "De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da" from Zenyatta Mondatta, and for some completely unknown reason, that silly song "I'm Too Sexy for My Shirt" by Right Said Fred:-))

I sing Puff The Magic with my three grandkids and they absolutely love it.
