Alright so i like to think that i am computer savy, but i cant seem to find where i can edit my profile picture from the original default green dude with the voice box to a personal photo that i have...someone please help me! =~)

It's actually under "edit your preferences" not under "edit profile". It's kind of weird placement. It should be the very top thing under edit your preferences, where you can upload an avatar picture, which will then also show on your profile.
