How good will Tim Lincecum be?

He's a top prospect for the Giants who will finally be making his ML debut... he has an ERA of about 0.29 in AAA so far this year. How good do you think he'll be?

Tim Lincecum isn't good enough to be a starter. He has a good mid 90s fastball to go along with a low 80s curve. He would be better suited as a closer.
