it's your reputation.when you get to a hundred mark you will see your star. it might start with a low number then it would increase depending on how you are rated by your peers.so,i suggest you make sure you don't offend some of them because there are members who can't just take a criticism even it is constructive.if it goes against what they want to hear then you are in a lot of trouble with them, there are a lot.at times your star would drastically fall and i learned that you don't get affected by it because it won't hurt your earnings.you can bring it back up by hanging out with friends who are open and whom you could trust.
