How long the encouragement can keep for you?

We know, not everything goes well all the time, so when we feel depressed or sad, someone such as parents, friends and so on will take in our side and encourage us, so how long this encouragement keep for you?

Untill I feel sad again. I really appreaciate the encourage and nice words my friend and our family give me when I upset. It's their love that keep me sticking on hard work untill now.

parents are back of me.we know,as time flows many things changed,but the only one keep its color is love,especially parents love.parents are back their children.so take care of yourself.their bigest wish is their children lead a happy life

It depends on how badly depress I am. If it's just a simple discouragement, a good word of advice will do. But I guess the best is the person who causes it will be the one to encourage you is the best.

as long as i can feel the encouragement and i realize how those wonderful people cared for me, i might be able to pull it thru..
