how many hours do you spend in the Internet ? / myLot

i am so addicted to Internet , i log into a site and that site move me to others and others , so many subjects , so many entertainment , so much knowledge , i find my self forget about the world ,the people , the TV , i forgot every thing because of the net , i find my self sometimes stay about 12 hours on my PC , my back is heart , my eyes too , but i can't leave it , i even some times eat ,drink tea in front of the net , should i see a doctor , is it normal , it is not a work , but it fell the time so well , what about you ?!

I spend 3 to hours daily on Internet. The symptoms you are telling about yourself are because you are pushing yourself to much. Make a time table and don't over work, this may cause problems later.

yes you are right , i am so addicted , i am like a children hold his game and never let it go , and this problem i think you meant the healthy one , i think it began to happen already , thank u for caring .

Yes, I am the same, sometimes I'll sit down and just talk or play games for hours on end with friends. I don't think it's a bad thing, i do think it's bad if you do it everyday though, I still go out all the time, to the gym, movies etc. I don't think theres anything wrong with being on your computer for that long just as long as you don't make it your life.

the bad thing that it is really became my life , and if i go out i miss it a lot and want to run to it ,thank u .
