Hello everyone. I was wanting to get your opinion on this topic. I recently read a few websites that say that apple cider vinegar can help one lose weight, lower their blood pressure and help control diabetes. Do you think this is true? And if so has anyone ever tried it? Thanks!

I've heard it's great for detoxing http://www.bellaonline.com/ArticlesP/art8171.asp but not for weight, but there's tons of info out there. I wish I could find my book "prescription for nutrional healing", that has a lot of information about this kind of stuff.

Thanks for that link. I'll check it out. I didn't know that it helps in detoxing, but I guess that would be natural since it helps with so many other things. Thanks again!

I have also heard that it helps keep mosquitoes away. You sweat the vinegar through your pores and it repels the mosquitoes.

I'd like that it could keep mosquitos away, but would the vinegar in your sweat make you smell like vinegar? I don't mind the taste, but I sure don't want to smell like it.
