I suggest chewing gum. It will prevent you from putting other things into your mouth.
And then, start making a note of everything you eat. And I mean everything. Rate yourself hourly - +1 if you don't eat anything, -1 if you eat something healthy, -2 if you eat fried/ junk food, and -3 if you eat something sweet. Rate breakfast, lunch and dinner differently - healthy foods +1, the others the same.
Keep some fruits with you all the time, so that whenever you feel like eating, just pop a fruit in -it is healthier than any cooked foods.

I have just a few helpful rules that I follow. Eat regularly. Eat your meals at the same time each day as much as possible. Eat a balanced diet. If you are eating abalanced dietand getting enough calories chances are that you will feel fuller for a longer period of time. Allow yourself to eat foods that you really want in moderation.

Maybe the most useful method for me is being lack of money.

I think it is the weather lol. I am also feeling more hungrier! I THINK THE BEST THING, LIKE ME IS TO EAT LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AT LEAST, AS THEY GO OUT EASILY THE OTHER END LOL AND DETOX YOUR BODY. a GOOD DOSE OF TAI JI AND QI GONG HELP BURN EVERY THING OUT LOL. ANOTHER GREAT FAT BURNER is CO Q10..ALONG WITH VITAMIN E, THAT WILL CONVERT FAT INTO ENERGY VERY QUICKLY. So you can still enjoy eating, but healthily.I hope this little bit of info will help you, and prunes or prune juice, very good for bowel movement.

What you eat has a lot of connection to your need to eat. If you eat a lot of junk food, then your body does not get all it needs from it, and it would need more and more in order to try and get the vitamines and minerals it needs. You have to make sure your body gets all the nutrients it needs - you might want to try supplements for that.
One more thing is excercise - it balances your body, and you start eating for the sake of growing - more muscle and more calorie "burning".
I do both, and I don't have a problem now...

It is more likely that I am right if it is so. You might feel full, after eating a lot of candies or bread, but your body needs more kinds of nutrients and thus is urging you to get more food in order to get them (your body thinks, that the more food you eat, the more chance it will get the nutrients it needs. What your body doesn't "know" is, that you tend to eat the same kind of foods all the time...).

Following your thought,I should find out which nutrition I need firstly. Then what I want to do is to complement relevant food.

Just stop letting yourself be put into situations where there is a lot of food. If you're the one doing the grocery shopping, think ahead, and dont shop while you're hungry. Planning is the main thing when it comes to over-eating. Plan the night before what you're going to eat, and stick to it. It will be hard for the first few days or so, but after about 2 weeks, you'll get used to it.
I know its hard to resist the temptation of food. Ive been struggling with it for more than 10 years, and its still hasn't fully gone away.

Have a glass of warm water everytime you want to eat when you really dont want to. This will postpone your hunger and delays the urge to eat. It helps clear your skin and have good bowel movements. Reduces headaches by removing unwanted toxins in your body.
