Give Me RED !! ( star)

Lol Worthy! What can I say? You must be the first person on mylot wanting a red star instead of blue,lol.Well,if you truly are uncomfortable with the blue star then you could message Mylot admin because I don't think your friends would rate you negative,including me :-P I don't worry too much about my star ,but the blue color goes well with my avatar.So,I don't mind it.I hope you find what you are looking for if you just can't do without the red,lol.

I think being myself is what I prefer and which is why I have a red star I do reply to some of those blasphemous topics honestly and get flamed for being truthful but it does not bother me as the loss is not mine but the person/people who flamed me for not understanding my thoughts and just appeasing their own thinking style by giving my thread a negative rating. I find it amazing that people in a forum should be this small minded! One joins a forum to broaden their own knowledge and not to go negating others thoughts..... if one does not like my thinking let them debate it with me and convince me as to why they are right but giving negative rating and not even showing their faces in the battlefield is cowardice in the first degree I say. Some people are not brave even with their screen names and that is funny. To me a person's thoughts matter more than trying to be just another apple in the basket, I feel everyone is different so their thinking too would be different so why should they not opine differently? which is why I am myself and don't work for the star ofcourse there are topics like religon and politics that I choose less to debate about in mylot there is no way to convince some people hence avoiding such topics is best.

Wow, sorry I cannot give you a negative because I love your blue star a lot :) I will give you a positive instead because what if many people give you a negative and then you go down to an 8 or a 7? Well... I would give you an idea, it is not too great but perhaps it helps. Take your avatar to and editing image program, such as Photoshop, and apply a filter like "Hue and Saturation", then move the saturation level so that your avatar turns blue and it matches with the blue star. I see you said you rather like red, and this is amazing, since red means passionate/violent persons, while blue means calm, peace or corporate feelings... What do you think? If you definitly want to be red, you can always put a blue frame around your avatar, it can even make a greater contrast on your red resulting in a beautiful combination that stick out your prefferred color. Until I seen your post I never really paid attention to my star color. Yes, I seen the star and what color it was beside me name but never really made a point to see what it meant is what I should have said. My star was a brown when I first got it. Then I went to a pinkish color, then on to a white star. Then I got my read star. No wait, I had a yellow star before me red. I am truthful to myself and others. I guess that is why I started off with a brown star.

It may not possible until you can reduce your point by voileting mylot guidelines. As Blue color is peach and prosperity so myLot Blue might have choosed this color for top ranked or point earner within 100 point. Red is color is not bad it is near highest ranking point so do not worry other members will see your star so be happy with it as other peoples like this color and like you also.

Well, if you want your red star back, we could give you a negative rating to bring it back down. I must have had some posts that people disagreed with, I went from a blue star down to a red star... and I want my blue star back. I thought the ratings were for the QUALITY of the post, not the content. I give negative ratings to people whose responses have NOTHING to do with the discussion (like those people that post jokes where they dont belong) but apparently people will rate a response because they don't AGREE with the response. That's not right, that's not what the ratings are for, but oh well. So down went my blue star.

What a thread!! lol, l wish l could exchange mine with yours. honestly, l am working hard to get the blue star. l dont attach feelings or likes to the star colour, l only want to get any, as my contributions on mylot will enable me get. If you actually love the red star, maybe you should indulge in some abusive responses to get negative rating, lol. just kidding, well done friend, you deserve this blue star, celebrate it!

It is difficult to gain something, but easy to loose. If you really want to go one step down, to me it is very strange!!! May be red is your favourite colour, but would you like to get a red cross in your examination result? Certainly Not!!!! So why are you crying for your Red star? If you are concerned about matching the colour of the star, I feel blue star will suit you more as your eyes and ear rings are blue in your Avataar. As per my case is concerned,I always try to maintain my quality and really waiting for getting the BLUE star. If it would have been possible, I would like to exchange my red star with your Blue one. I hope you will also happily be agreed to that. So why do't you ask mylot for a permission(LOL!)

Hi worty! Red is my favourite colour too. I received a red star when i reached 100 and 2 days back it's become blue. I would have prefered red more than blue but would want my rating as 10 only.

i think that blue star is much better than the one i have now.. huhu

it does happen to me a lot of times, i try to revert back to whatever i like even though others around me say no, but not too often in colours , the most important thing for me is being myself. i really dont take the star too seriuosly, my favourite and lucky colour is blue what i believe, but red also is good for me. whenever i go out and buy something i am particular about a colour which i will not buy, otherwise its ok for me
