hai friend first advise is that you don't post discussions with mistakes causes you less earning,any way for your query,it must be useful to all your global friends,and post a picture for discussion increase your earnings,any way for your question ,first mistake is yours that is checking of your paid bill,and the amount you given to concerned member,ok by fortunate if you did mistake the person who receive money defiantly know he got extra payment,he did not return back means he like corruption,one advise i can say you give next time same 100 excess money but you and your friends must be there all your friends know you given him extra money,if he return excess 100 it is well and good if he is the same ,use your tv channels or video the situation from your friend your payments and the receivers,and intimate to tv channels,the corrupted life comes out and so many people saved and culprit to jail,if my suggestions hurts you sorry
