heaven or hell

when i attended a seminar and at the end of that session, we watch a video "hell is true". two days now, i am still can't believe if that video was true to life or not.i don't say i am against it, but i just want to know the truth if its really true.have you watch that video already?and there was a main character named maryclaire backster whom JESUS CHRIST got his spirit to see what really hell looks like.i am really concious on that matter. and one thing more, the scientist got a recorder inside the deepest whole of the planet earth and they recorded the scream/shout/yell of a million people.how can i overcome this?am afraid of it...

Haven and hell are sometimes misused ideas, particularly by religious leaders trying to hawk their version of heaven and hell to the masses. I think, the older I get, the more I realise that heaven and hell exist in the heart of mankind. You know when you've reached a moment of heaven when you reached a moment of pure bliss.
