at what age you started playing cricket...?

i started when i was 8 years old that too when i was in residential school. i love to play cricket its my favroit game. i like to play cricket any time i am a good right handed batsman and also a good fast bolwer i played to many local tournaments & i win to many prizes in cricket. My friends says your are a good allrounder because i am good betsman, bolwer, wicketkeeper and also a good poing fealder.

I played it when I was about 7~9, I was abroad in a country then where it was quite popular. Back home though never played it again, we had baseball as alternative here for hitting a ball with a stick :P.

well more than playing cricket i am more interested in watching cricket. I have occasionally played cricket in the neighbourhood in nearby parks with friends and relatives. It is fun. But watching thrilling cricket match featuring India is more exciting and fun for me. good luck folks. :)

Well! it,s a very good question bro! i don,t rem but i think i was 4 or 5 ers old at dat time as Cricket is passion in my country.i rem those days all da kids comes 2 ground & have lot of fun playing cricket.Pakistan won da worldcup in 1992 when i was 6.so after then da cricket fever arises more n more in our country...

I start palying cricket when I was eight years old. Cricket is my favourite and since from that age I love to play and watch cricket. My favourite cricketer is Adam Gilchrist and Lance Klusner of South Africa.

I started playing cricket when I was in 5th standard. I don't remember what was my age.

The only type of cricket I've played is street cricket, except on 2-3 occasions at school and college when we played serious matches! I think I started when I was 6-7 years of age. I havent played for many years now due to my work schedule!

8....ya i remember it properly.....i was 8 years old at that time. Because for the first time i got to bat and on the first delivery i was bowled out.....lol......well but after some time i started playing well.

hey friend i also started playing cricket near abt when i was about 6 years old .I started playing with some of senior boys in my locality .initially i dont have bat with me and then i used to play with a wooden stick and plastic balls on cemented floor i remember we even played cricket with our hands. It was that we were not allowed to take bats in to our school ,so what we do was that we make a big ball out of the foil paper in which our lunch was packed .So we actually combined that into a big ball, and then covered it with a plastic bag and then taped .This ball was not very light and also not very heavy that it caused pain to hands.and would last for abt 8-1- days .it was really very fun like this .

hey kool, I played cricket when i was 11 years old and after it i was in deep love with this game , i was crazy for it , i had done bunk the schools, college for playing cricket and i have played cricket at State level but now i left the playing cricket regularly.

i am not sure exactly at what age i have started playing cricket ..may be 10 ..with my firends and relatives..we were 6 small children with a small bat started playing ..we all liked it so muach that it became out regular practice to play it.

I started playing cricket when i was merely a child about 4 years old in my courtyard with my father as my first coach. He always promoted me to play cricket as he can play well too. after that i got some academy and personal coaching by some good coaches but unfortunately i am studying as an engineering graduate. but above all still i am playing for my college team and it brings me fun every time..

I would have played cricket around 10 to 11 years. I don't remember exactly but must be around that age only. Since then i have been playing it at least on the weekends every week without fail.

I am interested to see cricket and not playing, if the selectors want me play I am ready.
