why don't i get my payout?!!

hi. yesterday i reached my payout level in donkeymails.com. so i clicked the "request payout" link. but then i got a message that the payout page has been closed to check the cheaters and that it will be reopened at may 5th. i made a request even today, but still i get the same message. have you ever come across this. is it being displayed only for me. will i be paid or not?'i have not cheated donkeymails by any means. does this often happen in donkeymails.com?
and besides am from india. does it pay all international members?
please do help me out..

You have wait for 3-4 days to make a new request, because it is checking the payment requested several days ago. You should be patient, and it must give your payment.
It is accepted all members from all of the world. Now I give up the site, because I can make only $1 a month. I choose adbux. It is a good site, and you can get more money from the site. fear not my friend, you can comback on weekdays to withdraw again. On weekend admins are usually on holidays and close the withdrawl on friday night. if iam not wrong
