i felt very sorry about them
specially for TC
he is notable to go into second round of playoffs
but the way they lost in game # 6 , i was almost sure that they will not be able to go to second round

real bad. i was really expecting the rockets to win the series and tracy mcgrady finally get his first playoff series win. utah really played well in keeping t-mac or at least his teammates at bay. andrei kirilenko did one hell of a job defensively on mcgrady. on the offensive end, carlos boozer had a big game 7. boozer finished with 35 points and shoed that they're really ready for the playoffs. deron williams had 14 assists for the jazz. for the rockets, mcgrady and yao ming both had big games, both finished with 29 points apiece but it wasn't enough, they still fell short to the jazz. what they lack? support. shane battier, luther head, rafer alston and juwan howard had a subpar series against utah. these guys have a good season and played well below their level against utah.
for next season, as long as mcgrady and yao will remain healthy, houston will still be back to the playoffs, but it will take more role players and support if they want to finally win a series. there's a lot of fishes in the free agency pool, one key player addition will really help the rockets a lot, probably a big man to fill in the big shoes that dikembe mutombo might leave this season or the next. anderson varejao comes to mind if cleveland wont sign him back, but its very unlikely
