do you like staring in the stars at night?

it's a rare sight, especially in the smog-filled skies of Metro Manila. But when I want to unwind, I just go to Baywalk or Luneta at night and find a good spot, lie down and look at the sky and see the stars. If I'm lucky I'd have a brightly-lit full moon as an add on. It really takes care of the stress i'm having from work and school.

When it is a clear night here I love to see the stars and try to spot the constellations. I am only really sure of the plough which appears to be above my house! Sometimes I can find Orion's belt and the North star but those are about all I can distinguish.

hi laiza Oh yes, lying in a wide open field at night, gazing at the stars, is almost a luxury for people like me who live in a concrete jungle. When I was a student, I always went camping during the school holidays, and at night, my friends and I will lie down outside our tents, gazing at the stars, and talking to each other, until we fell asleep. Your post make me think of all those wonderful times spent in the great outdoor, bringing back those happy memories. Thanks!!

Hi Laiza, usually i dont look at the stars and even if i do its a very casual look, but usually when i am depressed, or if i am missing someone in my life i look up at the stars as it gives hope and also seems to be sharing my pain and consoling me. It seems to be wiping my tears off.

Since i was young im always fascinated about the universe, the sky, the sun, the planets, the moon and the stars. Stars always amazes me, they are so magical and mysterious. Someday il buy a house with an expensive big telescope in the rooftop. Stars.. they are so beautiful to look at..
