Do you have birthday blues?

Its my bday in 4 days and i just cant help but be bluer than blue, hehe...thinking about growing old, inevitably, loooking back and thinking of what i have done to have lived this life worthwhile...do u have those during birthdays? i know its exciting to get gifts and all...but sometimes we can't help but hold the days back..

I guess birthday blues is normal because as humans we wonder on how we spent the whole year. Each year we tend to set expectations on ourselves, the blueness emanate from that expectation.:) If we feel like we never really achieved something that is when we become so blue. I hope you are now ok, in 12 days I will be celebrating my birthday, and so for I am not in my blue mode. :)
