Betrayal by someone you love...

How would you react/feel if your boyfriend/girlfriend suddenly asks for time and space for no apparent reason and then you later find out that he/she has found someone else? Also, how would you deal with it?

I have one apparent suggestion... cry it all out and after that forget him/her, you'll definitely find a better person.

how would you react if he/she after a few months dumps the 3rd party and decides to get back with you?

Depending on how long the relationship was I would be in shock at first if there was no clue that this was happening. Then I would be very angry. I realize that sometimes relationships don't pan out but be honest with me and don't play me for a fool. And after I have had time to compose myself I would make arrangements in a neutral place to have a talk with him/her. One of the things I would bring out is I didn't appreciate being lied to. It would hurt for the person to treat you like this but as the saying goes time does heal all things.

how would you react if he/she after a few months decides to break up with the 3rd party and tries to get back with you? and are you willing to be friends with an ex who once cheated on you?
