I have this type of locks that are so fine that I want my hair to become thick and to grow fast. I'm applying aloe vera to my scalp once a week and it really makes my hair grow. I'm using the plant itself, rubbing the leaves on my scalp. I would like to take some vitamins for supplement but I don't know what kind for the hair. Any advice here from mylot friends would be appreciated....

I have heard that vitamin A is usefull indeed. Even i dont use it. And it depends very much of your way of eating.

I'm not into vegetables.... I'm so picky when eating veggies. Try to look for foods rich in vitamin A. Thanks for dropping by.

Vitamin E/C are best, but better rely on Doctor's advice

When my first husband was ill, there was no treatment for his disease, but the general thought was megadoses of vitamins. I do not recommend megadoses, but the maximum suggested doses of Vitamins A, D, C, and E. His hair and nails and beard grew really fast. Another plus is that C and E are supposed to help protect you from sun damage.

Go to any Healthy Options outlet and buy a bottle of Biotin supplement. Its about 300php for 50 tablets. Take one tablet a day. Its a Vitamin B branch so I assured you its perfectly safe. I can't say if this is going to work for you. But it suit me perfectly. I took this for 2 weeks and already I noticed that my hair is thicker, fuller and stronger. Hope this help.

It depends on how a guy wear his long hair. I have a guy friend who is a model and his hair is always neat and tied at the back. There are others whose hair is a total mess and just not look good on them. I would prefer short hair. Actually I don't like people having long hair. On occasions during power cuts I too have mistook some boys from girls seeing from behind.I dislike the look of guys with ponytail. Long hair is for women!

To get thick and long hair, one should have a balanced diet. your diet should include green leafy vegetables and fibers. Vitamin B complex, vitamin C and Vitamin E are very useful to have beautiful hair. In addition to these, one should have to increase the use of dairy products and water. Regular massaging of hair by oils like coconut oil, mustard oil, almond oil, or olive oil, which ever suits you can help you maintaining them.

Hi Sultan, well I do think that the best vitamins you can take are multi-vitamins as these not only work for your hair but your whole body and also coconut oil is best for your hair, to leave on overnight before washing your hair.
