In 'Lost' Kate always looks immaculate.

Funny you should mention that cause I always look at how nicely cut their hair is and skin is so clean and smooth looking on the show.As much as its unrealistic in that ,how many of us could stand to watch dirty unkept actors on a series.In a movie -it would be ok cause its over in 2 hours.For just for the sake of the series we will have to just pretend they have an endless supply of bathroom products and a secret method of keeping a style cut.

Funny. You're right. But I do have an answer. Remember when they found the hatch that had a shower? I know the hatch blew up, but maybe Kate conveniently took the shaving supplies to the beach and has been using them... Okay, it's a theory. lol

I often wonder about that! And Sun always has perfect shiny hair, and Claire always looks like she has makeup one. The thought that always passes through my mind is when they kiss each other, I just think ew when was the last time they brushed their teeth?? lol

Her hair should be long enough to braid by now. And Hurley should be skinny too.

They were in Australia. Kate or some of the female survivors might have had a jar of Naad or were able to make some. Else she used a razor, had some Neet or Nair with her. Anyway she would want to make sure her underarms were clean shaven. Also Dharma might have included their brand.

I think Kate always looks a little bit creased and slightly dehydrated. Chapped lips and all of that. Can you imagine how gross their jeans would be ar this point? Yikes! I think Claire always looks like a flippedy ray of sunshine floating on her pristine little cloud. I can't even look that tidy sitting in my house if I hold still, don't eat, and don't touch anything! Lost's wardrobe would not want to have to deal with me!

Yes they found razors in the Hatch- And she showers there remember- Plus she could shave in the ocean. I wonder why the men aren't shaving? Really I think she looks dirty too- Plus remember when Ben gave her the dress and made her shower and such- It really hasn't been many days since that!

I know what you mean, if I don't wash and condition my hair every morning I look like I have been dragged through a hedge backwards. I have noticed how immaculate they all look, it is like Clare and her baby, she always looks well and her hair looks lovely whereas in reality by now she should look like she has coconut matting for hair and be going crazy worrying about her baby. Thank goodness fiction does not have to mirror fact, how good does Sawyer look, very yummy. I love lost and can't believe it ends on Sunday with a 2 hour program, I hope it is just end of this series and not of the whole show, I want to know what it is all about but at the same time don't ever want it to end.

If I remember right, Matthew Fox said it's one of the mysteries of the island - kind of like healing Locke's legs. The girls always look fab [even Rousseau doesn't look THAT bad - not for 16 years! - if she's telling the truth, but that's a different issue] and the guys look appropriately scruffy. Jorge Garcia did lose about 30lbs in season 1, I think that's the right number, but not sure about since then. Carol
