What to do with my hair?

I is 10 centimeters now and annoyes me a lot. How can I fix this problem if i want to let it grow up? Can you give me any suggestions of nice and modern hair cuts? (eg photos) thanks!

i used to have a really long hair too, and i have to admit that i annoyed me sometimes. the best thing to do is to get get a haircut every month and keep the "thing" under control.
