What do you do to make your children happy

My mission in life is to give my children the best childhood possible. I had a great childhood and want the same for my children. I love making them happy but not in monetary ways. Simple things like making their favorite meals, going to the park, to the beach, on picnics. I would love to hear your ideas of what you do for your kids that doesn't involve purchasing toys or things.

Playing makes the children happy I believe so inasmuch as playing is their life I do give them the freedom to play and enjoy their time while they are still young I let them play and enjoy the company of their playmates.I buy them toys, clothes and shoes that they like. But more than all these material things, I make them happy by giving them my quality time.I tell them stories, hug and kiss them a lot and even play with them like a kid does. I also bring them in places they so enjoy like amusement park or any child entertainment venues where they enjoy different rides then after that I take them to the restaurants where they could eat their favorite foods. I think children are happy when their parents spends good time with them.
