So our finals are this week for college and I'm so nervous. I have 4 finals this week and 2 of them are on Monday. I'm starting to worry and get super stressed. What are some ways ya'll deal with this?

I try to relax and watch a movie or something, because I do worst when I study for hours and never take a breather and get sick and then I really don't feel like taking a final.

Try to relax. Be confident. If you study hard, you'll believe in yourself. If you believe in yourself, you won't get nervous, nor anxious. Just study, and make sure you can pass on it! I'm sure you'll be able to do it. Wishing you the best of luck.

First off, would you know your class standing (this might be a different term in you university/school) it refers to your total grade w/o your finals. If you have pretty high marks for your current standing, you might not need to stress too much for your finals. if you are confident enough, then you might just have to review your past lessons for a few hours and then take a relaxing afternoon before the day of the exams to renew your energy. :)

Well, the very first thing I always did was sit down and figure out exactly what grade I would have to make on the exam to pass the class, get a C, B, A, or whatever. Once I had those numbers in front of me, things didn't seem as grim. Usually I just barely had to put my name on the thing in order to pass the class. Knowing that, I would study for a set amount of time. I would give myself until 9:00 (or midnight LOL!) that night and then I shut the books and went to bed. If I didn't know it by that point, I wasn't going to know it. I did usually get up in the morning and go over one or two things that I was sure would be on there, and then walked to class and took the test. Trying very hard not to stress and make it a point to know that relaxing would help more than panicking made a big difference. It got me through grad school!

Dealing with stress? I do whatever I can to increase my dopamine, serotonin, and those other pleasant neurotransmitters; mostly I sleep, smoke, exercise, or caffeinate myself.
