New Owner Takes Over CashoutMails.net PTR Site

The new owner of CashoutMails.net, Bonita Howell, says she will be strict on cheating. CashoutMails is a paid-to-read site. "I have zero tolorance on cheating in any form," Howell said in an e-mail to site members on Sunday. "Cheaters watch your step I am on the site at all times." Howell says right now the site is in need of funding. Once funding is provided she plans to make the site interesting and fun.
