Two days ago, a friend of mine rode a bus home and a few moments on the bus stop two men came and held the bus up, and mugged them on knife-point. Sadly this is not uncommon. City streets have been infested with lowlives that prey on other people's hard earned money. It is sad that law enforcement remains insufficient and people still remain unsafe. What the hell is wrong? And what can we do to help?
