Info on Italian Vase & Lenox China

I recently purchased a vase with markings on the bottom as follows "1713 Italy Saca" and have been trying to find out what that means. If anyone knows, I would really appreciate it. Also, I have several pieces of Lenox china which I have been trying to find the value of. Can someone direct me as to where I can find this info at. I have been to Lenox.com, however, the pieces I have are not listed on the website. Thanks.
