its really sad to know. i received this information long back. i hope it would be helpful. This is actually an article which was prepared by vashista
content regarding "What to do if any one gets
HeartAttack (if he is alone, or away from the doctor)".
Let's say it's 6:15 p.m. and you're driving home,
alone of course, after an unusually hard day on the
job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your
chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up
into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the
hospital nearest your home; unfortunately you don't
know if you'll be able to make it that far.
What can you do?
You've been trained in CPR but the guy that taught the course neglected to tell you how to perform it on
yourself.
HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE???
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart
attack, this article is in order. Without help, the
person whose heart stops beating properly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left
before losing consciousness. However, these victims
can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very
vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each
cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as
when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A
breath and a cough must be repeated about every two
seconds without letting up until help arrives, or
until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing
movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood
circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also
helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart
attack victims can get to a phone and, between
breaths, call for help.

First don't panic! If she is in the hospital she should be ok, otherwise you would not know it was a heart attack. The next thing, be there for her as much as you can and just do what the doctors ask of you. They will take care of things. I am sorry this happend. I'll say a prayer for you and your family ok? Take care and I hope all gets better soon.

I'm sure she went to the hospital or how whould you know it was a heart attack?
Anyway, the doctors will tell you everything you need to know once she is released from the hospital.
My dad has actually had many heart attacks in his life. It is very scary, but a doctor will guide you through everything you need help with or need to know.

just keep her relaxed and away from tension and stress. make sure she has lots of rest and there should be calmness around her. don't tell her anything that can drive her anger. Make her do some exercise like yoga that can soothe her nerves besides i have heard that yoga can treat heart patients if done properly. my wishes with you and your mother in law
