Sorry to hear that you are suffering from a sore throat. I have experienced it in the past as well and I really dislike the feeling.
Ususually, I'd take some throat lozenges to make myself feel better. Those herbal ones are good as well. At times, I might also drink some honey in ice cold water. It makes me feel better. You could also try some traditional herbal remedies from your neighbourhood store. That works for me too.
Good luck!

It's a type of very bitter black coloured liquid. I'm exactly sure what types of herbs are in it. The store near my place prepares a broth made from these herbs and sells it as a drink to the people who live nearby.

You could always drink some warm tea with a bit of honey. Honey is supposed to help soothe sore throats and it's like an anti septic and it'll help kill any bacteria that is doing harm.

well what i can suggest to you is to drink warm milk with pepper powder mixed in it.If you have cold also then you can add a small pinch of turmeric powder.(a very small pinch, because if you put more it will cause overheat).if youdont have cold then do not put turmeric powder.
hope this will cure your problem

Easing the pain of a sore throat
- Take acetaminophen, ibuprofen or naproxen.
- Gargle with warm salt water (1 teaspoon of salt per
glass of water).
- Suck on throat lozenges or hard candy.
- Suck on flavored frozen desserts (such as Popsicles).
- Use a humidifier in your bedroom or other rooms you
spend lots of time in.
- Drink lots of liquids.

Base on my experience what i am doing with my sore throat was just to gurggle luke warm water with salt and vinegar. Then after that let your throat be relax, dont talk too much...Then, next I see to it also that I scrape my tongue, tongue scraping will help you a lot because sometimes we dont notice that we were able to eat food that is contaminated with virus. And surely some of it will be left at the tongue. that was why we need to scrape it.

An old home remedy for sore throats is a tea made with lemon, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, and honey.
It is made by adding one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper, the juice of 1/4 lemon, and one teaspoon of honey to a cup of hot water. Stir.
Typically, up to four cups a day is suggested.
