Before making a telephone call..Do you ever rehearse what you're going to say?

Wow this was posted so long ago, but I figured I'd answer it. Yes!! I'm very shy, even over the phone, so often times I find myself rehearsing the conversation. Especially on callbacks..I hate callbacks, cause I have to start them, and I know it's going to take place...LOL I guess I'd rather be caught off guard with a very important call...
