It's a bay in Puerto Rico that glows in the dark because of protozoans in the water. It's sometimes called the 8th wonder of the world because scientists aren't really sure how it happens. When people get into the water at dark, the protozoans turn on their lights as a defense mechanism so people seem to glow.
