Boss 's are always right.

Hi friends. Here is a real experience i am sharing with u. In my previous organisation i had a bod who was of a very spanky nature. He had the habit of torturing everyone, using abbusive words, etc. One day my computer was not working due to some software errors. I told him that there is a customer online and i am unable to do anything as my computer is not working. He gave me a tip of remedy. Fin, i tried it and still nothing seemed to work. I was too nervous as the customer had started to become a bit irate. I went back and told my boss that it was still an issue. But the worst part is as soon as he came and touched, the computer started to work. Well it was a mere coincidence. I was happy, but the happiness was turnd into anger when my boss said, that i was just playing the fool and bluffing with him as i didnt want to work. I was very hurt with the statement. I had avery good friend and i told her the issue. She said........."bosses are always right". Is it really true? I dont believe this statement at all. Eventually i left th company just because of my boss. I hate him still.

It happens with all of us sometime or the other. as far as bosses are concerned, they are mostly wrong and just want to show fake authority with their mindless orders! your friend might be from some other school of thought, and the school's name might be"might is right" Lol!! so dont take it to heart buddy:D

Hi worthy, u r really correct on that. Seriously bosses are wrong most of the times. hehehehehe. Though i am a boss too at the moment with 5 people under me. however i hope i dont make them feel the same way I had felt before. heheheehe. u r a cute lovely friend. Thanks for all the support.

That was really a rude behave to you. Most of the cases your discussion subject is true "Boss's are always right". Power is a factor for humanbeings. Most of the man cann't control the influence of power & that's why, they underestimate others.
And boss are always one step ahead on that occasion..

Noooooooooo, I do not feel that way. Who said boss is always right ?
If you ask me, I would certainly say that it was your bad day and even after that if I would have been at your place, I would have argued on it. I mean it is no big deal for idiotic machines to behave idiotic and stupid. And if the macjine behaves that way, where is my fault or for that matter any other users fault.
But as they say, no sense arguing fools, so would better keep quiet and wait for my turn to come.

Hi, hollowheart. I do not believe boss are always right, but I know we have to obey them and to carry out their decision without any doubt.
I have a very straightward nature,too. I used to work as the assistant of general manager. From this experience, I learned that you should try your best to give any possible suggestion about the issue, but as long as the magager god a decision, stop talking, just do it, not matter he listened to you or not, just carry out it immediately, to do the best.
I don't think there is anything wrong of you from this story, it's just because of the bad luck! Don't worry about it! Your boss will not judge you by this litte thing but your performace and your achievement for a long time.
