Your car vs. your wife. which comes first?

Let say you have 300 bucks right now. Your car need some fix. It's not very crucial, just some scratches on the door that make your car look a bit ugly. It cost you about 300 bucks to have it fixed. Then you just remember you have not buy your wife something special for along time now. You intended to buy her something when you have extra money.
What will you do?

my car comes first. i will take her to a ride with me after that to some romantic place. and all the things will be nice.

well you could always fix the car and take her to a romantic resturant, then when you are suppose to pay for the bil tell her to go out to the car and warm it up. While she does that dine and ditch, lol. Make sure its a resturant you dont ever go to though, that could backfire.

Easy, buy something special for the wife. Many people put way too much emphasis on the material things. I'll admit, I used to but when you loose everything (do to super typhoons, or floods), one tends to understand and appreciate your loved ones a whole lot more.
LOL, besides I'm too cheap to fix something that doesn't affect performance!

No contest. The wife would get something every time. She is way more important to me than any material object. I'd rather my car was a bit ugly and my wife was happy.

Well if the car Was not Running right I would go with the Car But if it was Just A Scratch or something I would use the Money On my wife for sure. Ya really need the car running right so ya can go out and Buy Something for your wife..

surely the wife is much more important than a car.A car can be bought still after i struggle for a couple years but a wife is a person who we are facing and living happily with.It is not at tall possible to compare the two things.

Of course, it's not fair to compare wife with car :) But in certain occasion men had to do what men had to do. If I tried to make my wife happy by buying her stuffs, then I realized, silently, she is not happy with the car condition, I might be in trouble too :)

hehehe for me its the wife of course... its not bad to make her feel special after all... right? And just what you've said... your cars problemis not crucial so there is no need to hurry...

Hmmm.. my answer may sound biased coming from a full pledged wife but I believe your wife should come first. If you really intended to buy her something special, go ahead and do it. Your car can wait. Of course you wife can wait, too but don't you like it when she cries for joy because you have bought her something special? Just imagine your wife, her face full of happiness and bliss. Once you do it, you might say to yourself, "I made the right coice.."

For me surely, it that would happen, I would prefer to buy my wife a presents, than having my car fix. A gift for a wife ( the thought of it) has no value, her happiness would give a very good peace of mind in the house. That is how important my wife to me.lol
