I have a girl friend. A peculiar thing happend to her. One boy having an age of 17 years is the neighbour of her. My girl friend is having 23 years of age. She treated the boy as her brother and also he used to call her as sister. One day she fell very sick in home and all the family members went to other city for some work and no one is there for her to take care of her. At that time he taken much care about her and got medical aid and like that. Sofar she was doing not well and fell asleep over the bed in a condition that even no energy for moving also. Tomorrow when she wakeup in the morning he is sleeping beside her on the bed without wearing any clothes. Sofar when she watched herself she also had no clothes over the body. Then she shouted at him what he did with her. He said that he didn't done any thing with her. Only removed her clothes and watched her naked all the night. Then she observed that he did not done anything to her. But she got very nervous and annyoing condition at that time. She asked him how he did this to her, as she felt that he is her brother. Then he said that he also treat and felt that she is her sister. and saying no problem sister. I just interested to watch u naked. Now she asking me how she will manage the situation. Every time she facing him or whenever he came to her house she felt very irritating feeling her mind that she want beat him or kill him for what he did to her. And also she felt that her life was spoiled with his acts. Any suggestions.

Brother sister relation is very sacred. That guy has not done a morals, by watching your friend naked. It is good that your friend treat him like a trash. Advice her to get rid of him.

It's a difficult situation but your girlfriend is being harrassed. She can file a case and restraining order if she wants to. Is she you girlfriend or a girl friend??? because if i were her boyfriend, I will kick his a** out of him...watching my girl naked the whole night. At least good for her she's not raped. but she have to teach him a lesson.

The problem here is not only that he violated her (psychologically for sure, possibly physically) but that he is a minor and she is not. He can simply turn around on her if she tries to press charges and say that it was the other way. Because he is a minor, I will guess that the courts would decide to prosecute her rather than him. She needs a very good lawyer to give her advice on this. She should NOT WAIT to report him. She needs to report to police as well. This is vital. She also needs as many character witnesses as possible in case this boy and his parents give her a hard time.
