NDoc for .NET 2.0

NDoc (ndoc.sf.net) is an open source project that can generate CHM from dotnet well commented source code. However, it does not support dotnet 2.0. Is there any equivalent free tool that can do the same?

NDoc generates only class library documentation from .Net assemblies and the xml documentation files but i donot think so there is so tools are there but they equivalent free tools are not provided anywhere!
