In the first movie, jack sparrow mission is geting back black pearl coz he is the owner. and the second movie, he just want a trade with davy jones, freedom and davy jone's heart. The third? What is jack sparrow main goal? Gold? Immortal? land?

I Think he donot know his goal but he has to take revenge from his friends and achieve all ships and to rule all.

Yeah...May be. Coz this movie so intricate. I hope we know everything in the pirates of the caribean 3. Interesting, isn't?
