How much do you earn on this site?

I'm confused, I looked at the guidelines and didn't see any clear explaination of how much you get paid for being on this website. How much do you get for:
a) starting a new discussion
b) adding to a discussion
c) getting others to sign up.
I just wonder if this is worth it since like I said, I didn't see it spelled out in black/white. I'm trying to earn every penny possible to get debt free by Nov. 1st!

a) and b) : We do not know exactly
how Mylot pays for what . Mylot is not a paid
per post forums . It pays for the quality of
contribution . So our earnings mainly depend
on the quality of our posts . And quantity of
good quality posts required to earn good money .
c) : Signing up other members in
the beginning fetches nothing . But as the
referred members get earning from this Mylot
site , we will be getting 25% of their money
as a bonus . It is not taken from their earnings .
It is encouragement for bringing more members
to this site .
